The crash took place Sunday afternoon at a dirt track just outside Toledo according to authorities in Ohio.
Investigators said a speeding car hit another car which caused it to hit a concrete wall and collide with a semi. It happened on eastbound U.S. 30 near the U.S. 33 exit.
The northbound lanes were closed for several hours just north of I-465 as a result of the fatal crash.
