A prosecutor has filed 22 charges including 18 felonies against the driver of an overloaded van that overturned on a southwestern Indiana highway, killing two people.
The driver had been hospitalized since he crashed on October 22nd. Eric J. Byrd passed away Monday afternoon and authorities have determined he had been drinking prior to the accident.
