The two-year-old boy passed away Tuesday evening after being struck by the truck in an alley in Fort Wayne on Sunday.
The crash happened at about 6 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of U.S. 27 and S.R. 124 west of Monroe.
The crash shut down the road at West County Line Road for several hours.
