After a sunshine filled weekend, snow will fight its way back into the picture. Monday will start off with mostly clear skies but clouds will build in quickly, with spotty snow showers arriving by the early afternoon.
Temperatures will be above freezing for much of the day so rain may mix in with some of the snow showers that develop.
The scattered snow showers will become a bit more isolated for the overnight before becoming more numerous Tuesday afternoon.
These lake effect snow showers will wind down Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning.Amounts will not be impressive, as much of the area will see less than an inch, if any accumulation at all. If you want to see a bit more in terms of accumulation our friends by the lake may see totals of 1″-3″.
