As teams prepare to jump into the lake at Metea Park this morning for Special Olympics of Northern Indiana, we’ll see a few snowflakes flying in the air. Temperatures won’t be climbing much, staying in the mid to upper 20s. Isolated patchy freezing drizzle will be possible, but the best chance for that will likely be south of Fort Wayne. Emergency personnel will need to cut through the ice in the lake, so prepare for a cold dip!
