The latest 3-month outlook has temperatures as “equal chances” which most likely means normal/average temperatures from November through January. The winter outlook had a La Nina building across the U.S. which would mean colder than average temperatures but more importantly, it usually shows above average snowfall for our area.

This part of the La Nina forecast is still in place with the new precipitation outlook for the same time period which calls for above normal/average precipitation (snowfall).
