Some of Irma’s rain possible as TinCaps begin MLCS at home

Scattered rain chances increase across the entire region on Wednesday.  While rainfall totals aren’t expected to be all that high – less than 1″ in most spots – there still could be enough rain where you’ll want to grab your poncho when you head to the TinCaps game Wednesday night.  Temps will be in the 60s and the rain will be occasional.  It’s not a very stormy setup Wednesday and it’s not looking like a rainout.  Conditions will be cool, in the 60s.  So, wear an extra layer, too.  The TinCaps will appreciate the hometown support for Game 1 of the Midwest League Championship Series (MLCS)!

Futurecast rainfall forecast from 10 PM 9/12 to 10 PM 9/13.

Game 2 comes Thursday night at 7:05 and rain chances are lower for that game and temperatures are likely to be slightly higher.
