2 arrested following drug raid at northeast side home

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)  Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department raided a Fort Wayne home Thursday morning after getting tips that drug dealing was going on at the residence.

Members of the Vice & Narcotics Division, Gang and Violent Crimes Unit and the Emergency Services Team served a search warrant at the home located at 4503 Woodway Drive just northeast of the intersection of Stellhorn and Reed just before 9 a.m.

Officers found four adults inside the residence along with one gram of heroin, drug paraphernalia, a small amount of crack cocaine, just over an ounce of marijuana and $3,600 in cash.

Gregory R. Huddleston, 37, faces felony charges related to possession of heroin, dealing heroin and maintaining a common nuisance. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana. Demonta Huddleston, 26, faces a felony charge of maintaining a common nuisance. The two other adults were not named in the news release, however they were charged with a misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance.
