Cavaliers celebrate sixth state title in boys soccer

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – After winning the 1A boys state soccer title on Friday evening Monday was a day for celebration at Canterbury as the school held a pep rally to honor the title team.

It marked the sixth state championship in the program’s history – the highest total in Indiana history.

Canterbury defeated Covenant Christian 2-1 on Friday at Butler University in the title match.
