Cooking tips from the Rib Room

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Fourth of July is coming up and this holiday weekend people will be getting together to spend time celebrating with family and friends.

Mike Bentz, head chef at The Rib Room, joined First News Saturday to give some ideas for what to cook.

The Rib Room is at 1235 E. State Blvd. The hours are Monday-Thursday 11 a.m.-10 p.m, Friday 11 a.m. -11 p.m., Saturday 4 p.m. -11 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
