Robert Mathis wins AFC Defensive Player of the Week

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WANE) – Robert Mathis was given one final AFC Defensive Player of the Week award after playing in his final game Sunday.

Mathis’ fourth quarter strip-sack helped to stop a Jaguars scoring drive securing the Colts 24-20 comeback in their season finale.

Mathis finishes as the Colts franchise leader in sacks with 123.
