Several customers lose power overnight

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) About 2,000 customers lost power in parts of Fort Wayne early Thanksgiving morning. The power outage happened at about 2 a.m.

It’s unclear what areas are impacted or when power will be restored, but one viewer told NewsChannel 15 a transformer went out near the corner of Spy Run Avenue and Fourth Street.

Representatives with Indiana Michigan Power couldn’t immediately be reached.
