FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Tropical inspired Miami Grill opened in Fort Wayne Saturday. The restaurant held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening, complete with family activities such as music, face painting, menu sampling, and door prizes.
According to the Miami Grill website, the restaurant chain was founded by a Greek immigrant and started with Miami Subs in Key West, Florida. Over the years, the restaurant expanded their offerings and included American rapper Pitbull as an equity partner. Miami Grill now offers classic subs, burgers, seafood, and even Don Perignon champagne.
There are currently, nearly 100 Miami Grill restaurants both domestically and internationally.
Miami Grill is located at 5858 Bluffton Road. They will be open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
