Homestead’s Johnson, Heinerich, Marble sign for college

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Success in the pool is nothing new to the folks at Homestead High School and now Megan Johnson, Harley Heinerich, and Noah Marble are heading to the next level.

Johnson, who swims middle distance freestyle, will be heading to Purdue.

Heinerich, who swims butterfly, backstroke, and IM events, will head to IUPUI.

Marble is officially a Division One diver, as the senior standout signed with Pitt on Tuesday evening. Marble finished fourth at state last year as a junior with a score of 216.10. Homestead’s Kevin Frebel, who’s now a freshman diving at the University of Kentucky, was the state champ.
