Power restored to customers in south-central Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Indiana Michigan Power has apparently fixed the cause of a power outage that left about 1,700 customers in south-central Fort Wayne without electricity for nearly two hours Tuesday afternoon.

The area affected was near the intersection of Pettit Avenue and Monroe Street and the outage took place at around 3 p.m. No word on what caused the outage.
