FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Karissa McLaughlin, Madisen Parker, Jazmyne Geist, and Teryn Kline all will play college basketball next year as the Homestead seniors signed their letter of intent Wednesday night.
McLaughlin, a front-runner for Indiana Miss Basketball, signed with the University of Florida. A five-foot-eight guard, McLaughlin averaged 24.9 points and 5.5 rebounds last season.
Parker, a five-foot-eight guard, inked with Bowling Green State University. She put up 14.3 points a game as a junior to go with 5.8 rebounds and 3.7 assists.
Geist, a six-foot post player, averaged 9.8 points and 6.2 rebounds as a junior. She signed with Northern Kentucky.
Kline, a five-foot-eight senior, was key in providing depth for a Homestead team that went 26-3 last fall and is ranked no. 1 in 4A to start the 2016-17 season. She signed with Lawrence Tech.
