Two $5,000 scholarships to be awarded to Indiana students

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WANE) – The Independent Colleges of Indiana (ICI) will award two $5,000 scholarships to eligible students between the ages of 13 to 19 and enrolled in middle, junior or high school.

The scholarship may be used at any one of Indiana’s 31 private, non-profit colleges and universities upon the student’s acceptance and enrollment. Winners will be picked at random from completed entries. Entries will be accepted November 1 through November 4, according to a press release from ICI.

The ICI will award the scholarships as part of it’s 31 Answers (to Your Questions about College) initiative. The initiative is a series of short videos made by admissions counselors, students, and others on ICI campuses.

The scholarships are made possible through the generosity of the F.A. Wilhelm Construction Co., Inc., one of ICI’s corporate partners.
