WABASH COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) A preliminary test showed a man killed after crashing an ATV he was riding on Saturday had a blood alcohol content of over three times the legal limit.
Timothy Bradford, 57, of Silver Lake was driving the ATV on private property on the afternoon of October 29 in the area of 14000 North, 300 West when he collided with a tree according to a news release issued by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Division of Law Enforcement.
Bradford was thrown from the ATV and suffered fatal injuries. He was not wearing a helmet and a preliminary test showed he had a blood alcohol content of .28 percent.
The death remains under investigation by Indiana Conservation Officers.
