Reigning state champ Snider preps for 2016 postseason debut

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – After having a bye in week one of the postseason 6A and 5A football teams finally hit the field for the playoffs on Friday night, and that means defending state champion Snider hosting Concord in what will be the Highlight Zone’s featured game of the evening.

Kick is set for 7 p.m. at Spuller Stadium. WANE-TV will be live at 6 p.m. tomorrow to preview the big game with the Panthers.

Snider comes in 9-0 on the season and ranked no. 1 in the final 5A poll of the regular season. Concord is 6-3 after going 5-2 in the Northern Lakes Conference. The Minutemen average 37.2 points a game.
