15 arrested in drug crackdown

WARSAW, Ind. (WANE) Police in Warsaw arrested 15 people Thursday, the culmination of a several-months-long investigation into drug activity in and around the Kosciusko County city.

According to a news release, officers with the Warsaw Police Department’s Narcotics Unit on Thursday afternoon served drug warrants to 14 people for various drug-related offenses. Officers arrested one other person who allegedly resisted law enforcement during a warrant service, police said.

Those arrested were:

  • Todd M. Clay, 25, of Warsaw was arrested on charges of Dealing in a narcotic drug more than one (1) gram, a level 4 felony, and Possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony.
  • Devin S. Gerding, 20, of Warsaw was arrested on charges of Dealing in a narcotic drug, a level 4 felony, and Possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony.
  • Danielle M. Hughes, 25, of Warsaw was arrested on charges of Dealing in a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony, and Possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony.
  • Caleb J. Jenkins, 19, of Winona Lake was arrested on a charge of Dealing in marijuana, a class A misdemeanor.
  • Patrick A. Manges, 31, of Milford was arrested on charges of Dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 5 felony, and Possession of Methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.
  • Timothy J. O’Brien, 26, of Warsaw was arrested on a charge of Dealing in a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony.
  • Lindsey R. Park, 27, of Milford was arrested on charges of Dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 3 felony, and Possession of Methamphetamine, a level 5 felony.
  • Rashel A. Park, 36, of Milford was arrested on charges of Dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 4 felony, and Possession of Methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.
  • Tyler D. Prater, 19, of South Whitley was arrested on charges of Dealing in a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony, and Possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony.
  • Donta W. Redden, 19, of Winona Lake was arrested on a charge of Dealing in a narcotic drug more than ten (10) grams, a level 2 felony.
  • Xavier W. Russell, 31, of Milford was arrested on two charges of dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 4 felony, and two counts of possession of Methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.
  • Neeley J. Schwinnen, 45, of Warsaw was arrested on a charge of Resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor.
  • Ryan A. Tucker, 19, of Warsaw was arrested on a charge of Dealing in marijuana, a class A misdemeanor.
  • Tabitha P. Tucker, 20, of Warsaw was arrested on a charge of Dealing in marijuana, a class A misdemeanor.
  • Abel A. Villegas, 27, of Goshen was arrested on charges of Dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 4 felony, and Possession of Methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.

Police said the warrants were a culmination of several months of drug investigations. Warsaw Police were assisted by the Indiana State Police, Indiana Department of Corrections Parole Division, Winona Lake Police, South Whitley Police, and the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department.
