Police search for 2 men for theft at DeKalb hospital

AUBURN, Ind. (WANE) Auburn Police have asked for the public’s help to identify two men related to a theft at DeKalb Health hospital.

Auburn Police Chief Martin McCoy said Wednesday that his officers are investigating a theft that happened at the hospital. McCoy said communications equipment was taken. The chief offered no other information on the incident.

A surveillance image released by police showed two men inside a hallway of the hospital. One man is dressed in a white T-shirt and white shorts; another is dressed in a black shirt, pants and a dark hat.

McCoy asked that anyone with information on the men pictured, or the crime itself, call Auburn Police Detective Phil Snover at (260) 920-3200, extension 1923.
