INDIANAPOLIS (WANE) A Fort Wayne woman collected a $75,052 prize from the Hoosier Lottery last week after playing an instant game on a “whim.”

Beth Musser bought a $10 Fast Play JACKPOT ticket at a Lassus Handy Dandy store, even though it’s not the game she normally plays.

“I wasn’t even going to stop at the gas station I went to,” Musser said, adding she wasn’t sure what led her to stop there.

Although Musser plays Hoosier Lottery games about once a week, she has never played Fast Play JACKPOT! She bought her regular Scratch-off game, Wild Cherry Crossword Tripler, and asked the cashier for the JACKPOT! ticket on a whim. She matched three poker chip symbols to win the jackpot.
