Clayton A. Gaham, 31, of Fort Wayne pleaded guilty in Allen County Superior to unemployment insurance fraud, a Class C Felony. He was sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to repay the Indiana Department of Workforce Development $25,651 for the benefits he fraudulently collected.

The office said after Gaham failed to report his wages, an investigation into his case was launched. The office used wage reports and new hire data from Gaham’s employer to find that he was actually working and earning wages over the time he was claiming unemployment insurance benefits.
