Silver Alert canceled, LaGrange man found safe

LAGRANGE, Ind. (WANE)  A statewide Silver Alert was canceled an hour after authorities said a LaGrange man could have been in danger.

Police said Wednesday that 76-year-old Gerald Johnson was last seen at 8:25 a.m. Wednesday. He was possibly nude or just wearing underwear and shoes, and was believed to be disoriented and in need of medical assistance. 

An hour later, police said Johnson was located in Steuben County, safe. Police did not release any further details.
