Report: Pacers sign center Al Jefferson to 3-year, $30 million deal

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WANE) – According to multiple reports the Pacers have signed NBA veteran center, Al Jefferson, to a three-year, $30 million contract.

The 31 year old comes to Indy after spending three seasons in Charlotte. His career has also taken him to Boston, Minnesota, Utah. Jefferson’s missed a combined 52  games in the last two seasons.

The deal continues the Pacers goal of surrounding All-Star Paul George with experiencd talent. The team recently traded for point guard Jeff Teague and forward Thad Young.
