New Little Free Library established downtown

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A new Little Free Library book share has been established in downtown Fort Wayne.

The Rotary Club of Fort Wayne and Trinity Episcopal Church on Monday dedicated a new Little Free Library at the corner of Berry and Broadway streets, near the church’s outdoor labyrinth.

The Little Free Library depots are general mailboxes stuffed with books. Readers can take a book and swap it with another at the free-standing libraries.

The Rotary Club has pledged to install 100 Little Free Libraries around the city to commemorate its 100th anniversary.

Trinity Episcopal’s Little Free Library is a memorial to former parishioner Ethel Lee. It also includes a treat box for dogs being walked near the property.
