FWPD find multiple drugs in home, 3 people arrested

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) The Fort Wayne Police Department arrested three people after finding various drugs inside a home while serving a search warrant.

Officers served the warrant at 1650 Third St. Friday around 10 p.m.

The list of items authorities reported finding included numerous burnt spoons, crack pipes, cocaine residue, methamphetamine and numerous syringes, including one containing heroin.

The three people inside the residence were arrested and face the following charges:

Daniel Gene Anderson Jr. age 36

  • Possession of Methamphetamine, a level 6 felony
  • Visiting a Common Nuisance, a misdemeanor

Eva Suzanne Fry age 37

  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a level 6 felony
  • Possession of Methamphetamine, a level 6 felony
  • Possession of a Syringe, a level 6 felony

Rachal Nicole Mills age 38

  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a a level 6 felony
  • Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug, a level 5 felony
  • Possession of a Syringe, a level 6 felony
  • Possession of Meth Precursors, a level 6 felony

The Fort Wayne Code Enforcement assisted with the investigation due to numerous violations. Fort Wayne Animal Control also responded to take care of a dog at the house.

The incident is still under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department Vice and Narcotics Bureau. Investigators expect this incident to lead to additional arrests.
