FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Indianapolis Colts punter-turned-funny man Pat McAfee is coming to Fort Wayne in May to share some stories about his life, but he gave NewsChannel 15 a sneak peek into his talents during a Skype interview on Thursday.
McAfee announced earlier this month plans to bring his comedy tour to Fort Wayne. He’ll play at the Embassy Theatre on May 20, sharing stories of life as a Colt, including playing with Peyton Manning and kicking off in the Super Bowl, as well as shenanigans like swimming in the downtown Indianapolis canal while drunk.
Tickets go on sale Friday at noon, and McAfee promises those who secure a seat a good time.
During a Skyle interview on Thursday, the always-entertaining McAfee spoke with NewsChannel 15 about his start in comedy, why he performs comedy and who his inspiration is. The ballkicker also discussed what his favorite aspect of the comedy shows is.
McAfee also discussed like as a Colts players and shared some highlights of his career.
