Small fire damages North Side business

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A small fire damaged a Fort Wayne business late Monday night.

Fire crews responded to New Life Body Sculpting in the 5000 block of Riviera Court around 11:30 p.m. Monday, after the fire alarm was triggered.

When firefighters arrived, they found smoke coming from the building. They discovered fire in a wall and attic area.

The firefighters had the flames out in 18 minutes.

The business was closed at the time and suffered some smoke damage and a small amount of fire and water damage. Small piles of debris were left in the parking lot.

No injuries were reported.

The incident is under investigation.
