US Marshals offer $5,000 reward for murder suspect information

TOLEDO, Ohio (WANE)  The US Marshals Service and the Paulding County Sheriff announced Thursday that a $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads authorities to the location or arrest of Frank Tracy Jr. who is wanted for the murder of 21-year-old Hannah Fischer.

Fischer was found dead on February 9, inside a Perry Street apartment building in Paulding.  Authorities believe Fischer was Tracy’s girlfriend and when they attempted to find him, he fled the area.  He is considered armed and dangerous.

“The United States Marshals Service is a force-multiplier, supplying manpower, resources, fugitive investigation expertise and technology to our state, local and county partners,” said Peter Elliott, US Marshal.  “We bring experience and extra tools to the table and we concentrate on one thing: catching violent offenders no matter where they go or how long they run.”

Anyone with information about Frank Tracy Jr. or any other fugitive should call the US Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Task Force at 1-866-4-WANTED or text the keyword WANTED and the tip to TIP411.  Anyone who submits a tip can remain anonymous.
