NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) A Noble County plow truck became stuck on a gravel road when its plow folded under the rig on Friday.
According to a post on the county sheriff’s department’s Facebook page, the incident happened along County Road 975 West. The department said the truck was plowing along a gravel road when the plow dug into the roadway and folded under the truck.
The truck’s front end was left jacked several feet into the air.
The driver was not injured.
The sheriff’s department asked drivers to avoid 975 West between 1000 North and 1100 North. The roadway was expected to be closed for a while.
The sheriff’s department said the incident “is a danger that all plow drivers face when the ground gets soft,” according to the post.
