FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – For the first time since the 1999-2000 season the Saint Francis men’s basketball team has clinched a share of the Crossroads League title thanks to a 81-70 win over Bethel Tuesday night at the Hutzell Center.
Austin Fox led the way with his seventh-straight double double, tallying 17 points and 17 rebounds.
Jordan Hahn netted 16 points while Bryce Lienhoop and Kegan Comer added 13 apiece as USF improved to 15-2 in conference play.
The Cougars can clinch the conference crown outright with a win at fourth-ranked Indiana Wesleyan on Saturday.
