WOWO moving to new spot on FM dial

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Since 2012, radio station WOWO has been available to listeners on 92.3 FM as well as 1190 AM where its signal has resided for decades. As of Monday afternoon, the station began transitioning its FM signal to the 107.5 frequency. WOWO programming, which isn’t changing, can also still be heard on 1190 AM.

As for the future of 92.3? Federated Media, which operates WOWO and several other stations in the Fort Wayne market, may at some point launch another station on that frequency. What the format for that station might be is as yet undetermined.
