Leon L. Harris, 24, of the 4700 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged in Allen Superior Court with several felony counts of child molesting, attempted child molesting, sexual misconduct with a minor and attempted misconduct with a minor

According to a probable cause affidavit filed in Allen Superior Court, Harris came into the girl’s room while no one else was at the home and forced sex. The girl told police she repeatedly told Harris to “get out” of her room and told him “no” when he tried to force sex, but he held her down, the affidavit said.

The girl said the incidents began when she was in sixth grade, in 2012, the affidavit said. Harris’s charges suggest the inappropriate activity occurred regularly between July 2012 and October 2014.

The girl told police Harris threatened to kill her if she told anyone about the acts, the affidavit said.
