PAULDING COUNTY, Ohio (WANE) – Westbound U.S. 24 in Paulding County is back open after a crash involving two semis.

Police were called just before 4 p.m. Wednesday to the westbound lanes of U.S. 24, near U.S. 127, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

State police said a semi driven by Daniel W. Guy, Jr., 42, Toledo, was driving west on U.S. 24 when he came upon a slower moving semi driven by Maurice W. Waller, Jr., 26, Philadelphia. Investigators said Guy made no attempt to slow or change lanes and struck Waller’s flatbed truck
