However, as part of Wilson’s plea agreement, his sentencing has been capped at no more than three years for both counts.

During the hearing Wilson was asked if he suffered from any mental order or disability. Wilson answered yes, however, he has not been diagnosed with a mental disorder nor is he taking any medication. Wilson said for the last three months he’s been in emotional distress counseling.

Wilson will be back in court Dec. 11 for sentencing.

The case against Wilson

According to the affidavit for probable cause, student 1 approached her friend, student 2, about having sex with Wilson during the 2013-2014 school year. Student 2 told police she went to his classroom and she and her friend had sex with Wilson. She said this was the only time she had sex with him. She told police about this incident on March 12, 2015.

On March 13, police spoke with student 1 who said she had sex with Wilson five times, including the time with her fellow student.

That same day, police spoke with a third student who said she was good friends with student 1 when the relationship between student 1 and Wilson started. Student 3 said she let student 1 use her phone to text with Wilson until student 1 got her own cell phone.

Student 3 said Wilson continued to text her even after student 1 get her own cell phone, writing things such as “You know you want this.” Student 3 told police that eventually she was receiving so many texts from Wilson that she had to change her phone number. According to court documents, student 3’s boyfriend saw the messages at one point, got jealous and confronted Wilson via text.

Police then spoke with a fourth student who told police she had also received texts from Wilson complimenting her looks. She said it started when she sent him a question about homework via twitter. He responded with his cell phone number and said she should text him with any questions.
