INDIANAPOLIS (WANE) Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck will not start Thursday’s game against the Houston Texans, reporters from the NFL Network and ESPN have tweeted.

Both tweets indicate backup Matt Hasselbeck will start.

This is the second consecutive game Luck will sit out. Luck missed the last week’s 16-13 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

ESPN reported previously that Luck was injured during the Week 4 win over Tennessee.

According to the NFL Network’s Ina Rapoport, Luck will go through pregame warmups.

Colts coach Chuck Pagano told the AP on Monday, after a portion of a practice open to reporters that Luck ‘looked good.’

“He’s moving in the right direction, trending in the right direction so he’s a lot better than he was Saturday,” Pagano told reporters. “He had a good day.”

The Colts take on the Texans on CBS and WANE-TV at 8:25 p.m.
