WARSAW, Ind. (WANE) A Warsaw man faces child molesting charges after three young girls told police he touched them inappropriately as he took them on rides on a moped.
Aristides Palencia Jacinto, 46, of Warsaw faces three Level 4 felony charges of child molesting, accused of fondling or touching three different children under 14 years old.
On Sunday, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies went to a home at 340 E. Levi Lee Road in Warsaw to investigate a report of a child molesting. A woman there told police Jacinto had touched three young children, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Another woman also told investigators that the children told her that Jacinto touched them inappropriately, the affidavit said.
Investigators spoke with one of the children, who said Jacinto gave her a ride on a moped to a Leesburg gravel pit, where Jacinto used the bathroom. On the way back, the girl told investigators that Jacinto touched her, the affidavit said. The girl said she cried and told him to take her home, the affidavit said.
Another girl said Jacinto took her on a mo-ped ride, too, during which he lifted her skirt and touched her, the affidavit said.
Still another girl told investigators Jacinto touched her on a moped ride, as well, the affidavit said.
Jacinito, then, admitted to police that he took the girls on rides on a moped. He also admitted to going to the Leesburg gravel pit to use the bathroom, the affidavit said.
Jacinto did not admit to the molesting accusations, however.
