ANGOLA, Ind. (WANE) Three people face drug charges after Angola Police found drugs in their vehicle during a traffic stop Wednesday morning.
Just after 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Angola Police pulled over a vehicle on Mill Street.
Inside the vehicle, police first found three adults and a small child. Then, officers found a methamphetamine lab, syringes, methamphetamine and other paraphernalia, the department said.
From there, police were led to a home at 601 Broad Street in Angola and found more precursors, syringes, methamphetamine and other paraphernalia there, the department said.
Police arrested Mindy Combs, Robert Phibbs and Casey Shuffstall each on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of syringes and maintaining a common nuisance.
The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab was called in to dispose of the lab. The small child in the care was placed in the care of family members, the department said.
