FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – The first week of 2015 football season for the newly-formed Northeast 8 was a productive on, as four of the seven teams in action earned victories on Friday night.
New Haven’s Tyon Woods tallied four catches for 175 yards and two touchdowns as the Bulldogs blanked Heritage 42-0. KeShawn Moore went 11-for-13 passing for 230 yards and three touchdowns for the Bulldogs.

East Noble’s season began on Saturday on the west side of the state at Hammond Morton. There the Knights opened up the year with a 34-18 win over the Governors. Dylan Hunley had two interceptions and one touchdown.
