FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Two women have published a book in hopes of bringing back vitality in the hoosier state and in the country.
Co-authors Lori Petrucciani and Bea White spent about two and a half years writing the book, using a common sense strategy for every day food, drinks and skin care choices by making small changes overtime. After being picked up by a national publisher, their book, “Bring Back Vitality-Unleash Your Power to Reclaim Vital Health!” was published in 2013 and available for purchase. The mission is to improve local obesity, diabetes and physical exercise. Topics include juicing, advocating for your own health, regularly cleansing, understanding the food and water supply in the last 50-100 years and steps to choosing nourishing, pure and hydrating foods.
“The book is a very gradual approach to help people feel better than they have in years by making informed decisions about what they put in and on their bodies,” said White, “It’s really a very research-based guide to lead from wherever you are on your path to vitality and get you to the next level.”
According to White, staying hydrated is singly most important in achieving vitality. She appears at local events like farmer markets, selling infuser water bottles.
