WATE reports Manning visited the second of the two shooting locations, the Naval Marine Corps Reserve Center on Amnicola Highway, Saturday evening.

The former Indianapolis Colts player was an All-American quarterback at the University of Tennessee.

Four Marines and one Navy sailor, Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Randall Smith from Paulding, Ohio, died when a gunman opened fire at the facility Thursday morning.

The shooting prompted Indiana Gov. Mike Pence to authorize Indiana National Guard members to arm themselves at armories and recruiting facilities.
