ANGOLA, Ind. (WANE) Police are investigating an incident at a bank in Angola where a man entered the store carrying a strange object with a powdery substance inside it, while demanding to speak to the FBI.

According to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department, police in Angola were called to the Wells Fargo Bank at 2204 North Wayne Street around 3 p.m. Friday.

Initial reports indicate the man entered the bank, attempted to lock the front doors with a chain and then made demands to speak to the FBI. He also was carrying the unknown object with a liquid and powdery substance inside.
