Dragon Boats take over Fort Wayne’s rivers

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Hundreds of people came to cheer on dozens of teams at the Riverpalooza Dragon Boat races Saturday morning.

Teams of 20 raced down a 300-meter course on the Saint Mary’s River. Dragon Boat racing is a 2,000-year-old Chinese tradition.

Money raised supports Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
