FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A Fort Wayne man who was accused of raping a 15-year-old was sentenced Monday.
Paris Patmon, 28 was sentenced to five years in prison and three years on probation after he pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor.
Back in July of 2014, Patmon was charged with three counts of rape, four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and one count of criminal deviate conduct.
According to the affidavit for probable cause obtained at that time, Patmon lured the 15-year-old to a basement where he forced her to undress and performed sexual acts on her.
A few weeks later, on July 13, the 15-year-old and Patmon met in a hallway. Court documents claimed he pinned her against a wall and forcing sex acts on her again.
Two days later, Patmon called police, turned himself in and made a statement. Court documents said Patmon denied assaulting the 15-year-old girl. He offered to take a stress test, which indicated he was being deceptive.
