Will, Komets Shutout Kalamazoo

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – (WANE) – It took more than 40 minutes to find the net, but it was enough for the Komets to earn their 37th win Friday night. The Komets scored three third-period goals to top Kalamazoo, 3-0.

Goaltender Roman Will earned the shutout between the pipes. He stopped all 34 shots.

The win moved the Komets to 37-12-2-4 on the season. The team’s 80 points continues to lead the Eastern Conference, and is five points better than second place Toledo.
