HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WANE) – Verizon Wireless customers in parts of Huntington County were without service for a good portion of the day Thursday.
Verizon spokesman Trevor Thomas said a fiber cut caused the outage. Thomas did not have information on how many customers were affected by the disruption in service.
Customers started experiencing problems around 10:30 a.m. and service was restored shortly before 10 p.m. Thursday.
