L.A. Clippers Send C.J. Wilcox To Mad Ants

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Los Angeles Clippers announced today they have assigned guard C.J. Wilcox to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA Development League.

Wilcox has appeared in three games for the Clippers this season with averages of 3.0 points and 0.7 assists in 3.7 minutes per game.

Wilcox, 23, was the 28th overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft out of the University of Washington. He averaged 18.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.0 steals in 32 games as a senior for the Huskies, hitting 90 three-pointers, leading the Pac-12 in three-pointers per game (2.8).

This is the first Development League assignment for Wilcox and the first for the Clippers since Travis Leslie was assigned to the Bakersfield Jam on March 30, 2012.
