Komets Goaltender Pat Nagle joins Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Rochester Americans announced Thursday that the team has signed goaltender Pat Nagle to a professional tryout contract (PTO).  In addition, the Amerks have released goaltender Travis Fullerton from his PTO.

Nagle, 27, appeared in 21 ECHL games this season with the Fort Wayne Komets, posting a record of 16-4-1-0 with a 2.40 goals-against average, a .909 save percentage and one shutout. In 134 career ECHL games with Florida, Idaho and Fort Wayne, the 6-foot-2, 195-pound native of Bloomfield, Michigan, has posted a 73-41-3-8 record with a 2.78 goals-against average, a .909 save percentage and three shutouts. He has also appeared in two career AHL games with Syracuse.

The Komets will host Wheeling Friday night at 8:00 before completing the week at Toledo Saturday with a 6:30pm faceoff at FifthThird Field against the Walleye as part of the Winterfest Celebration in Toledo.
