FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – People were celebrating the holiday season with traditions from other countries without ever leaving Fort Wayne.
The History Center hosted Holidays Around the World Sunday afternoon. The exhibit is part of the Festival of Gingerbread.
Kids got to make Christmas-themed crafts from different countries.
“I think the more activities, the more you bring a community together. It’s nice to support each other. There’s a lot of different businesses and individuals who have taken a lot of time out,” Elizabeth Urschel, who took her family to the festival, said.
The gingerbread festival runs through December 14.
